Q: How are you able to provide me a free move?
A: I am paid a commission for the sale of the home. I'll then use a portion of the commission to pay professional movers to provide you with moving services.
Q: How do I qualify for a FREE move?
A: You must use Christen Paul to sell your home in order to qualify for a free move. Register online or call Christen Paul to schedule your move. After a contract is drawn up and excepted, we close on your property and you will be moved FREE into your new home. It's that easy!
Q: Will you move everything for FREE?
A: We move everything that an average home contains and there is no limit on boxes.
Q: Are packing boxes included? Will the movers pack everything in my home?
A: Some moves will qualify for a "Complete Move" which includes boxes and professional packing of everything in the home. Register online or call Christen Paul to find out if you qualify for a "Complete Move". The rare moves that do not qualify can always be upgraded for a small fee.
Q: Can you move me to/from a storage unit, apartment, etc. to my new home?
A: Yes, as long as you qualify for the FREE move. (Apartments on second or third floor may have small fees)
Q: Can you move me from one state to another?

Disclaimers:
- All items must be boxed, taped and ready to be moved.
- All items should be disconnected and ready to move. (washers, dryers, etc.) .
- There may be special requirements for items such as ceiling fans, chandeliers, and pool tables.
- The moving company reserves the right to reschedule moves to the next available time slot due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- There may be a per hour fee for excessive wait time, such as waiting on keys to house or any excess wait caused by the customer
- Customer acknowledges that Christen Paul will hire a moving company to perform the moving services for customer and that no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between Christen Paul and the independent contractor is created.
- Customer acknowledges that Christen Paul and/or Fonville Morisey is not a moving company.
- Customer assumes the entire risk related to using Christen Paul and/or Fonville Morisey to facilitate a free move.
- Christen Paul and/or Fonville Morisey will not be responsible for any damages caused by the free move.
- Christen Paul and/or Fonville Morisey disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Christen Paul and/or Fonville Morisey be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, lost profits, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "Losses"), resulting in any manner, directly or indirectly, from a free move arranged by Christen Paul and/or Fonville Morisey for customer.
